Staying Healthy During Flu Season

This winter's flu season is nearing its peak. The current virus has been more virulent than recent strains and has caused in a higher-than-average hospitalization rate. Precautions such as getting a flu shot and frequent hand washing will help keep you and your family healthy this season.  

Know What to Do About the Flu

The CDC suggests the single best way to prevent seasonal flu is to get a vaccination each year. Follow these

Stay home when you are sick
